Hotel Okura Amsterdam wanted to renovate several rooms on the 4th to 7th floor. Partly by replacing furniture with new furniture and partly by restoring user traces on the existing interior in a high-quality way. Hotel Okura Amsterdam asked INTOS to supply the new furniture and also to carry out the maintenance of existing furniture by INTOS Maintenance.
Approach
The rooms were randomly run through to record the current state of the furniture. On this basis, a cost indication has been issued. After approval, two maintenance specialists spent two weeks carrying out various repair work accurately, so that they can not be seen with the naked eye. For example, damage to the wooden veneer has been repaired with hard wax and touch-up pens, hinges have been set and furniture has been leveled.
Result
